Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please let us know right away at hello@seabreezepaperco.com. Send us a quick note with a description of the issue (and a photo, if possible), and we’ll work with you to make it right.
While we’re unable to accept general returns, we’ll happily issue a refund to your original payment method if there’s a problem with your order. Just keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
